REFUND POLICY
Returns/Cancellations: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final, and we kindly request you to ensure the accuracy of your selected product sizing, shipping address, and billing address before submission, as modifications or changes are not possible.
Exchanges: Please note that exchanges are not accepted. Prior to making your selection, it is essential to consult our size chart. Items are eligible for exchange only within one week of arrival if they reach the recipient damaged; refer to the section below for details.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receipt of the wrong item, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Keep in mind that our hand-printed garments may exhibit minor imperfections, and we will consider exchanges only for defects beyond our normal printing process.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for sale items.
Refunds: We want to clarify that we do not offer refunds, except in extreme cases at our sole discretion. If such a rare case is identified, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. The approval status of the refund will be communicated, and if approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
